LT & HT XLPE (Low and High Tension Cross-Linked Polyethylene) PVC Insulated Power Cables are designed for low and high voltage (up to 33 kV ) power distribution. These cables offer excellent electrical and mechanical properties, ensuring safe and efficient power transmission in industrial, commercial, and residential applications..

Key Features:
  1. Voltage Rating:
    • Typically rated up to 1.1 kV, 11 kV, 33 kV  and 66 kV for low and high voltage applications.
  2. Conductor Material:
    • Copper or Aluminum conductors provide high electrical conductivity and efficiency.
  3. Insulation:
    • XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene) insulation offers superior thermal stability, higher current-carrying capacity, and better resistance to electrical stress compared to PVC.
    • PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) insulation ensures good mechanical strength and flame resistance.
  4. Sheath Material:
    • PVC outer sheath provides protection against environmental factors such as moisture, chemicals, and abrasion.
  5. Temperature Rating:
    • XLPE insulation: Can withstand temperatures up to 90°C during operation and 250°C under short circuit conditions.
    • PVC insulation: Operates up to 70°C and withstands short circuit temperatures of 160°C.
  6. Mechanical & Electrical Properties:
    • High dielectric strength for electrical safety.
    • Moisture resistance ensures long service life in outdoor and underground installations.
    • UV-resistant and flame-retardant outer sheath options available.
